Full body mobility series targeting areas in need for new moms. Please adjust as needed for your comfort, safety, and enjoyment.
If you do not have an Oov you can use a foam roller or body pillow. Make sure that it supports your head and pelvis when you’re laying on your back and that you’re comfortable. If you don’t have weights you can use cans or bottles, anything you might have at home.
