$140.00

Join Kate for this 4-class series exploring body tune via movement. We explore essential human movements and break them down in a way to help people restore their abilities. The essential movements this class will explore include: walking, running (we won’t be running but the goal is to physically have the ability to), various floor positions such as squats, long sits, and more, throwing, reaching, climbing, jumping, and foot intelligence.

This class is a celebration of system integration but naturally, it’ll be taking close consideration of the nervous and fascial systems.
